WeReship Account
When you create a WeReship account, you need to provide correct and accurate information throughout the registration process. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of Terms that can lead to Service and account termination with immediate effect.
You are solely responsible for keeping the password you use to access the Service and any other credentials for any activities or actions safe and out of the reach of any unauthorized access.
You agree that you will not disclose your password to any third party. In case you notice any unusual activity on your WeReship account, breach of service policies, or unauthorized use of service, please notify us immediately.
Import and Export Documentation
WeReship does not guarantee the delivery of any packages that do not comply with the US export laws and regulations or the import regulations of the destination country to which they are being sent.
The customer is responsible for determining and abiding by the regulations for their shipments, this includes all customs requirements applicable in the destination country.
You are also responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all customs declarations and documentation that are to be submitted in the destination country. Please note, that WeReship Package/mail forwarding service fees are exclusive of any such duties or charges.
You fully acknowledge that you have a duty to and are solely liable for providing all details required by the laws of the country that is the final destination of your parcel and the rules and regulations of the US, including without any limitation, information required by 15 CFR section 30 and that you are responsible for managing and maintaining all records as required under the applicable customs or other prevailing government agency rules and laws.
WeReship accepts no responsibility to act as a record-keeping agent or record-keeper for you or the USPPI. You are solely responsible for providing WeReship with all the relevant information regarding the USPPI, including the name of the shipper, its employer identification number (EIN), the ECCN, Schedule B classification, and all other related information required under a routed export transaction as outlined in Part 30 of The Foreign Trade Statistics Regulations (FTSR).
Other Regulations
By registering with us you agree to comply with all regulations and laws regarding your access and use of WeReship services. You may not use any personal data (including email IDs) from WeReship, and specifically, you may not use email IDs displayed on our sites to request users to contribute or join your services either directly or indirectly.
WeReship reserves the right to investigate and prosecute violations of any of the above to the fullest extent of applicable law. We may involve and cooperate with law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who violate the terms of this Service Agreement.
When you sign-up as a WeReship member, you acknowledge that WeReship bears no obligation to monitor your access to or use of WeReship, but has the right to do so to ensure:
- Proper functioning of WeReship
- Your compliance with this Agreement
- To fully comply with the applicable law and order of the court, governmental body, or any other administrative agency.
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, you are not authorized to use any automated means (such as scripts) to access WeReship or collect information from our database and/or website.
