How does WeReship work?

WeReship provides international shoppers with a US shipping address you can use when placing orders with US online stores. The store ships your purchases to WeReship, we ship them to you, and you can save a BIG amount on international shipping costs.

What does WeReship do?

WeReship helps you shop and ship products from your favorite US retailers to any country, even from US brands that do not usually ship directly to your destination country. We provide you a US shipping address with up to 200 days of the FREE warehouse storage facility and forward packages directly to you at the lowest guaranteed shipping cost.

How do I sign-up to become a WeReship member?

Users from any part of the world can become WeReship members. It’s completely free and easy.  On the home page, click on ‘register’ and follow the steps:

  • Enter the required information.
  • Once you’re done, you’ll receive an email from us to verify your account.
  • On your first login after verification, you’ll be asked to enter your complete shipping address.
  • Once you enter your complete shipping address your registration is complete.
  • Note: Please ensure that your shipping and billing address match. Your shipping address needs to be the same as the address associated with your credit card. We verify your address with the selected method of payment and only ship to the address that is linked to that method of payment.

What can I do if a store requires me to have a US debit card and US shipping address?

You can opt for Buying Assistance. Just fill out our Buying Assistance form (link) to tell us about the product you want to purchase. We’ll buy it for you and get it shipped to our warehouse from where it’ll be sent to you.

What is a Direct Purchase?

A Direct Purchase allows you to purchase products from any online US store using your own payment method and get them directly delivered to our warehouse. From our warehouse, we’ll ship your packages to your given shipping address.

What is Buying Assistance?

Some US stores don’t allow you to use foreign credit cards for payment on their website and some require you to have a US shipping address. For these situations, we offer Buying Assistance. Hop onto our website and fill out our Buying Assistance form and let us know what you would like us to purchase on your behalf from any US store.

We will purchase your products using our US credit cards and receive your items at our warehouse, from there, your parcel will be shipped to you at your given shipping address.

If the store where you’re purchasing your products from doesn’t ship to package-forwarding companies (for example Sephora, Ulta, Coach) we will provide a special address instead of our warehouse address.

How can I submit a Buying Assistance request?

  • Sign in to your account and click on the Home button.
  • Click on the Buying Assistance button.
  • Fill out the Buying Assistance Request Form.
  • We will purchase the requested items for you and ship them to your address.

Can I shop from international online stores outside the US?

Yes, you can shop from any online store outside the US. But taking care of the customs duty is your responsibility. According to USA customs, if an item costs more than $800 then you will have to pay taxes and customs duties on that item. As we will be receiving your package we will pay on your behalf and then you would have to reimburse us.

Is there a limit to the number of items I can purchase at a time?

You can purchase as many items as you want as long as you are buying from the same store.

Can you consolidate my packages into one box?

Yes, we can consolidate as many of your small packages into a maximum size of a single box.

Can I request to repack my items in a smaller box?

Absolutely. We know that retailers can often ship products in large boxes. So, to help you save up costs on shipping we will repack your items in the smallest possible box without compromising the safety of your package.

How long does it take to ship consolidated packages?

It usually takes approx. 10 to 20 business hours for your package to be prepared after you have submitted a package consolidation request. We will notify you once your shipment is ready to be dispatched.

What kind of things am I not allowed to purchase?

Please make sure to check your area listing before you shop. Due to USA’s export regulations and carrier restrictions, we are not able to export certain items. Before you buy products from the USA or other countries, please ensure they are not on our Items Banned from Shipping from the US list.

Does WeReship provide insurance for damaged or lost items?

Insurance for damaged or lost items is available via UPS, DHL, USPS, and FedEx. Aramex only offers a cover of up to $100. In case of lost or damaged products, we will have to file a claim with the shipper on your behalf. Please contact us for filing any claims within two days of receiving your order.

How does WeReship help me shop from US stores?

If you want to shop from US stores online, create your WeReship account for FREE today. Once you register and verify your email, we will provide you with a unique US shipping address that you can use for buying items from your favorite US retailers. Once you have made a purchase, let us know and we will ship your items to your desired country.

Does WeReship warehouse accept packages on weekends?

We only accept packages that have been received and signed by a warehouse rep, therefore the packages need to be delivered on working days. If your estimated delivery is to be made over the weekend, you would like to ask your courier to reschedule it for a weekday instead. Please note, that if you are ordering products off of Amazon, you can choose the option to have your packages delivered only during the weekdays. You can access the delivery preferences on your Amazon account and turn off weekend delivery.
