Introduction

Please carefully read through these Terms and Conditions before using the wereship.net website (stated as the “Service” onwards) managed and operated by WeReship (referred to as “we”, “us” or “our” onward.)

Your access to and use of the Service is based on your acceptance and compliance with these Terms. Please note, that these Terms and Conditions apply to all users, visitors, and others who have access to or use the Service. You are liable to these Terms by accessing or using the Service.

Disclaimer: In case you disagree with any of these Terms, please do not access or use the Service.

Transactions

Maximum transaction limit: Any transaction more than the $500 threshold must take place via Bank-to-Bank Wire transfer, Transferwise, BitCoin, or PayPal. Credit Card payments are not supported for transactions above $500, under any circumstances.

Assisted Purchase: We do not entertain any Assisted Purchase requests until the payment is cleared from your end.

Prepaid Cards: WeReship only accepts Credit Card payments. We do not support Prepaid Cards nor facilitate any transactions for purchasing prepaid cards.

WeReship reserves the full right to restrict and refuse acceptable payment methods to any customer at any time.

We DO NOT support any type of transactions with the following regions or countries:

  • Cuba
  • Myanmar
  • Iran
  • North Korea
  • Sudan, and
  • Syria

Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages

Charges: In case of any damaged or lost packages, please reach out to us to file a claim. False claims will be charged a minimum of $5 fee plus any additional investigation expenses incurred.

Claim Duration: All claims made for damaged or lost packages must be reported to WeReship within 7 days of order delivery, otherwise they will be automatically denied.

Insurance: In case you choose not to insure your shipment, you cannot recover the money if they are damaged or lost during the transit.

Once you buy the insurance you can obtain it through EasyPost. Please note that insurance for packages that are lost during transit is only covered for the value stated in the customs declaration.

To successfully make an insurance claim you need to confirm the value entered by order or invoice. If you make a claim for a smaller amount as in the customs declaration that is what you get paid. You will have to support your insurance claims for damaged or lost items with invoices of the items.

Order Cancelation

WeReship does not refuse any selected package due to the volume of orders we receive each day. However, you can opt for shipment cancelation before the package arrives at WeReship facilities. In case you fail to do so, shipment charges will apply.

Abandoned and Unclaimed Packages

In case we receive a package that does not match any of our account holder’s names, we will hold it for 30 days, for you to claim it. If the package remains unclaimed for 30 days, we will consider the package Abandoned and Unclaimed.

WeReship reserves the right to sell abandoned packages at private sales or public auctions, without any notice.

Security Hold

Due to occasional discrepancies or other problems with payments or account status, we can put a temporary Security Hold on your WeReship member account.

While on Security Hold, you will not incur any additional expenses on the account, including the shipping fee. You will be kept informed about the status of the Security Hold and our team will help you restore it. You might be requested to submit relevant documents and information to lift the Security Hold from your account. If you have been requested to provide any documents and we do not hear back from you within 7 days, your packages will be deemed Abandoned (Please review the ‘Abandoned and Unclaimed Packages’ section for more details)

Package Rejection

WeReship is not able to reject any selected package due to the volume of orders we receive each day.

Shipping Methods and Export

WeReship only ships items via the shipping methods offered in the shipping calculator shown on WeReship. WeReship is not responsible for the actual shipping service that is chosen by you. All Terms and Conditions of the desired shipping service (DHL, Aramex, UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.) are fully applicable to you.

You are solely responsible to ensure that the contents included in your package, its size, or volume are not restricted for shipping. In case your shipment is confiscated by customs due to its contents, we do not accept responsibility for your shipment.

You fully authorize WeReship to open the packages if there is any suspicion over the contents of the package deemed illegal or for any practical reason. Any issues with the received packages must be reported within 10 days of delivery. Airmail Economy does not offer proof of insurance, mailing, or tracking features.

As enclosed under Transactions, WeReship does NOT conduct any type of transactions with the following countries and/or regions:

  • Cuba,
  • Iran,
  • North Korea,
  • Myanmar,
  • Sudan,
  • Syria, and
  • Any other region for which the US requires an export license

Diversion of these commodities contrary to US law is strictly prohibited. All export license requirements are the sole responsibility of the individual and/or entity in contractual agreement with the WeReship.

Storage Allowance

Inbound Shipments: WeReship will store your Inbound package at WeReship’s facility for up to 200 days without any charge. However, if you exceed 200 days of the inbound storage allowance period, you will be liable to pay a $1 per kg per day penalty for up to 15 additional days. If we do not receive a request to ship within the 15-day inbound storage extension period, your package will be deemed Abandoned and Unclaimed. (Please review the Abandoned and Unclaimed section for details.)

Outbound Shipments: WeReship will store your Outbound packages at WeReship’s warehouse for up to 15 days without any charge. However, if you exceed 15 days’ outbound package storage allowance, you will be liable to pay $1 per kg for up to 15 additional days. If we do not receive a request to ship your package within the additional 15-day outbound storage extension period, we will deem your package Abandoned and Unclaimed. (Please review the Abandoned and Unclaimed section for details.)

WeReship Liability

WeReship’s responsibility for shipped packages is restricted to the handline fees (Excluding actual shipping fees).

The customer indemnifies and regards WeReship harmless from all types of claims, including legal fees incurred in defending against said claims, from third parties arising out of the transmission of the mail/package sent by the customer via WeReship.

WeReship will not be responsible for any damages caused due to an error or omission made by you, providing incorrect or false information, or failing to timely provide all necessary details.

Content

WeReship reserves the right to all content that is sent out or received via our email address/es and/or uploaded to our website and blog. By using our Services, you allow us the consent to use all of this content for advertising and commercial purposes without any compensation.

WeReship has the full ownership rights to all sorts of multimedia (pictures, videos, and audio) taken by our team of any packages, items, or invoices that are sent out of our warehouses and reserves the right to use it.

Links to Third-Party Websites

Our Service may contain links to third-party services or websites that are not the property of WeReship. Please note that WeReship has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the privacy policies, content, or practices of any third-party services or websites.

You further agree that WeReship shall not be held liable or responsible for any damages or loss caused by incorrect use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any third-party websites or services. 

We highly recommend that you carefully go through the privacy policies, and all terms and conditions outlined on third-party services or websites that you interact with or use.

Governance and Laws

These Terms are governed and observed as per the laws of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law or provisions.

WeReship’s failure to enforce any provision or right of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. In case any provision of these Terms is held invalid or void by a court, the remaining provision of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire Service Agreement between us and replace and supersede any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

Service Termination

WeReship reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Service with immediate effect, and without any prior notice or liability, for whatever reason deemed important. Including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Once the termination is effective, it will cease all your rights to use the Service. If you wish to delete or remove your account, you can simply discontinue using the Service.

Changes

WeReship reserve the right to modify, edit, replace, or update these Terms at any time. If a modification is detrimental to the agreement or nature of Service, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice before any new terms take effect. Whether or not a new modification constitutes a material effect will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to use or access our Service once revisions become effective, you will be liable to be bound by the revised terms and conditions. In case you do not agree with the updated terms and conditions, please stop using the Service.
